Originally from France, Mr. Michel has spent over half of his life following his passion in gourment cuisine. His journey to chiefdom started 30 years ago. As an experienced and renowed chef, Michel used to hold several key positions including culinary director and food advisor at several chain of hotels across the US, Indonesia, France, Beijing, Macau…Inspired by the long lasting relationship between Vietnam & French, Michel Seyve creates these fabulous dinners.
